ロータリ３Dプリンタ NJB-600Rはこれまでとは全く違う新しいタイプの３Dプリンターです。従来のプリンターのような動作方法とは異なり、プリントテーブルとプリントヘッドが同時に動き、レコードプレイヤーのような動きで造形するロータリー方式を採用しました。特に円柱状のものをプリントするような用途においては動きに無駄がなく従来の方法と比べプリントスピードもアップさせることができます。円柱状のものをできるだけ速くプリントしたいというような用途に特化して開発されたプリンターです。添付写真のような直径300〜400㎜、高さ400〜500㎜、外皮2㎜程度の円筒状のものでフィラメント使用量500〜600g程度のを４〜７時間程度でプリントが可能です。
速いスピードでプリントしてもヘッド部の動きが少ないためこの部分を比較的頑強に大きく重くすることに耐えられるため、粘土（クレイ）などのセラミックを射出するようなタイプのプリンターに転用するなど比較的ヘッド部を自由に改造することに対応できます。
開発したばかりで完成された技術ではございませんが、現時点での技術供与、OEM、転用などのご相談にも応じます。また、あらたな用途や活用方法などのアイデアをお持ちの方がいらっしゃいましたら是非ご一報ください。協業させていただきたいと思います。
Rotary 3D Printer NJB-600R is a completely different type of 3D Printer. Unlike usual type of FDM 3D Printers with extruder moving toward XYZ, NJB-600R's print table rotates to build object. It is suited to build cylindrical objects with less unnecessary movement and faster print speed. It is designed to build especially cylindrical objects.
With smaller movable scope of the head, NJB-600R gives you faster printing speed and stable print quality. Customization of the head (such as for clay printing) is also available.
Licensing of technology, OEM, diversion of technology are welcome.
